PAS is an all volunteer nonprofit organization. We rescue homeless and neglected
animals.Our animals receive shots, spay/neuter, heartworm preventative and other necessary
medical care. They reside in loving foster homes until a permanent home can be found.The
individual care they receive in a home environment enables us to better match pet and
owner. This method prevents unnecessary euthanasia and over population.
